Tony and I have paired today and Mayank Madan joined us. We have been
working on removing "sleep" statements from tests[1]. For the first half of
the pairing session I have shared my screen and showed them how to replace
sleep with page-object gem waiting API[2][3]. Then Tony shared his screen
and he replaced another sleep with waiting API[4].

Tony, Mayank, feel free to write a few words about the pairing session.
