[QA] Acceptance tests that require account creation

Hello everyone!

I have some work experience with Vagrant. At work I use it for maintaining a sort of test infrastructure, so now everybody are delighted, except some devs, who can't say "oh, it is ok on my machine".
So, I can help with creating Vagrant environment, but I don't know much about the desired infrastructure. If somebody could help with it, we can start hacking this idea.
