[QA] Jenkins slave user homedir changed

Hello,

For some reason GlusterFS is readonly for the integration project. A
side effect is that some jobs were not able to write/delete files in the
jenkins-deploy user home directory.

This afternoon I made the jenkins-deploy home directory to be local to
the labs instance: /mnt/home/jenkins-deploy (that is /dev/vdb).

That solves two potential issues:

- jobs will still be able to run whenever GlusterFS is dead
- there is no more races condition with instances sharing the same home
directory

The bug I filled:
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61144

GlusterFS being read-only is filled as:
 https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61141

It is not a priority though.

Let me know if anything is broken =)
