[QA] Help trying to reproduce?

Thanks Jeff. This turns out to be experimental javascript added to
common.js without us knowing by a Wikipedian experimenting with trying to
turn off the link to VisualEditor for certain users. It doesn't actually
do what this user hopes it will. We're going to politely ask him to not do
that.
