[QA] @test2 questions

Ha, I am foolish and did not read Zeljko's message carefully:  use https
instead of http on test2wiki, like so:

export MEDIAWIKI_URL=https://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/ not
export MEDIAWIKI_URL=http://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/

I think we still need to fix this in Jenkins though.
