I've been reviewing the qa-browsertests code project, and scanning the list of easy QA bugs. I think I can probably take on this one: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49158 Is it kosher to assign that bug to myself and get working on it, or is there a more formal process for bug assignment?
