This seemed like a reasonable (and fast) enough request for me, so I made a patch. Does anyone have any good reason that the feature which, frankly, is broken on private sites, should be enabled there?
IIRC Chrome users cannot use the feature at all, Firefox users are hit or miss.
Plus, most of those private wikis aren't *viewed* by anyone, they're just communities of editors who discuss issues in private.
