[Mediawiki-l] All wikipages are of type application/opensearchdescription+xml

PHP version: 5.2.6 (apache2handler)
PostgreSQL version: 8.3.9
URL: internal

Every few days my wiki starts to act up. When you visit any page on the wiki you are prompted to download a file of type application/opensearchdescription+xml

The contents of the file are:

If I restart Apache everything clears up and starts working like normal. Has anyone seen this before? What could be causing this?
