[Mediawiki-l] MediaWiki 1.15.1 on Vista Home Premium Edition install error

 Did u try with WAMP?Its the easiest
 You can download it from http://www.wampserver.com/en/download.php
After the wamp installation copy the phase3 folder to wamp/www directory.It
worked for me and mediawiki was installed succesfully.
