[Mediawiki-l] unable to access the server from browser after reboot

Hi,
I have the following configuration:
MediaWiki                  Version 1.13.3
Semantic MediaWiki     Version 1.4.1
UBUNTU                 2.6.27-9-server

After I had rebooted the wiki server from putty, I'm unable to connect to
the server from the browser. I could however, log in to the server from
putty.
