Conversion from one wiki engine to another is generally painful -
no-one ever does this job more than once, so there's no continuous
refinement of tools. See http://mediawiki.org/wiki/MoinMoin for my
experiences with that, for example.

So if you write a script to do the job, please put it up on mediawiki.org ;-)
