Yes it has, I thought I wrote that in the first message,

Here we go again

Username:Henny
User ID:1
Member of groups:Users, Autoconfirmed users, Sysop , bureaucrat
(User group rights)

According to that page I AM the sysop and bureacrat. Nevertheless I 
can't do anything,
