Well, MediaWiki's in PHP, so you'll need *some* sort of *AMP-y
environment. ;)

It will run on Windows-based servers, but you'll need PHP (for sure) and
MySQL (probably) installed. These will happily run side-by-side with any
ASP.NET stuff you've got.

If you're so tied to .NET that you're not allowed to install other
software on your server, well, there are some ASP.NET-based wikis out
there but I couldn't give you any specific recommendations. :)
