That did fix it, but before I close it up, perhaps someone can help me 
debug something else here...

I added the following:

INSERT into interwiki VALUES 
('Mantis','https://foo.com/mantis/view.php?id=$1','0','0')

Wanted to use that to make quick links to our bug tracking system.

It's in the db and looks like the other entries, but linking to it just 
links to a local wiki page.  My link is in the form [[Mantis:100]] which 
should link out to https://foo.com/mantis/view.php?id=100

How do I troubleshoot this?
