[Mediawiki-l] Ability to remove header items?

There's a hook in SkinTemplate.php called "PersonalUrls".  A simple
extension hooking this could allow you to add, remove or modify any of the
items displayed in the 'p-personal' div (which shows up in the header area
in the default MonoBook skin).
