Using latest of everything (I think)

MediaWiki 1.9.3, PHP 5.2.1, MySQL 5.0.27, MS Server 2003 SP2 (patched today)



I've locked down a wiki to allow only logged in users for almost all
functions, but would like to allow a new user to self register (subject to
"approved" status via email as facilitated by the Rob Churh (THANKS!)
extension NewUserNotif.  The user can go in and create a new user login, but
when they go to confirm the email address, the following error is shown:
