[Mediawiki-l] Problems with wiki that claims it can't find a table

One of the wikis I run went down for strange reasons several months ago. 
  It's currently giving off the following error message:

Error in fetchObject(): Table 'infoshop_library.library_page' doesn't exist

We've tried restoring the database from a back-up copy and that didn't 
work. I'm not sure what to do next.
