[Mediawiki-l] Extension manager

Peter, please stop it.  I have already provided you with exactly what
you asked once, and now you are causing me to begin to hate my idea.

Also, the Firefox repository is not half as mature as the Debian
repositories, which is why I suggested them.  I would still push for
using something similar to them instead, but of course I am not an
authority figure on this.

I would still like to do this, but preferably without Peter Blaise
ruining it for everyone.  Maybe  this can be continued off list, I
don't know?
