You have some of them (outdated?) at a noc.wikimedia.org subfolder, but 
i can't remember its name, yug! (it'll be on mediawiki-l or wikitech 
archives)
As it manages lots of wikis, the format is not a plain LocalSettings.php 
file, but it's easy to see its equivalence.
