[Mediawiki-l] Actual Wikipedia or Wikimedia LocalSettings.php file

This question has been asked before, see Special:Version on (say) the
English Wikipedia to see the extensions it uses. Other than that I
suppose there's $wgUseSharedUploads or whatever to allow us to use
media on Commons.
