Please excuse my ignorance, but could you explain what exactly this means?
Is this extension now part of the official MediaWiki repository (though
not part of the default MW package - yet)?
Could you link me to Subversion then?

So there will be a lot of unnecessary whitespaces? Could be worse.
Sounds like it'd be rather easy to fix too - though I might be totally
wrong there...

Nothing wrong with that as far as I can see - except for capitalizing
the "Français" part, which I believe they don't do in French.
(I might be wrong though; my French skills have pretty much vanished,
which is a pity. But that's mostly because there are no French mailing
lists that would make me keep my edge... )
