Any file you upload on your wiki is put in the namespace Image:

so if you upload the file xxx.yyy the page name for that file will be yourwiki/Image:xxx.yyy BUT you can use either [[Image:xxx.yyy]] (display image or thumb) or [[:Image:xxx.yyy]] (link to the page Image:xxx.yyy) or [[Media:xxx.yyy]] (direct link to the file)
