No, I went through this recently <g>.  For some reason it was decided
that all up loads would only be MEDIA.  I asked about changing this but
the idea was not warmly received as MWiki is not for documents.  

Do a search on 'Storing or Linking Documents' as I believe that was the
subject of my thread.
