[Mediawiki-l] Database backup, How to

Hi there,

I have succesfully installed a Wiki with MySQL 5.0.15-nt and now I have
to manage the Backups.
But how to do it?
I found a Directory named mysql\data\wikidb with some MYI MYD and FRM
files. Is it this, what I have to Backup?
Is there any methode of do it automatical?
I have installed it via xampp
