Not really, you will have to play with the database and manually delete
the entries :o)  I dont think there is any way to selectivly delete
revisions from the interface.

Use the spamblacklist extension:
  http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/SpamBlacklist_extension
That will deny editing if some text is in a list.

You can use the global list in use on wikimedia servers:
 http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Spam_blacklist

MediaWiki 1.3.9 got some security issues, you should upgrade to at least
1.3.17. You  might want to upgraded to 1.4.11 (lot of bug fixes, same
almost the same database schema).

1.5.0 is the lastest stable version and should be faster (but might got
some exciting new bugs, database schema changed).

   http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Spam_blacklist
