[Mediawiki-l] Multiple Wikis with no prefix in database?

Logos can be defined in LocalSettings.php, as can skins. Those are
file related. By interface, I meant interface text, as set in the
MediaWiki: namespace.

The subset thing isn't possible, as far as I know.
