I know this is likely a FAQ, but I can't find it in the Mediawiki FAQ 
or wikisite, or the DefaultSettings.php file..

I have a wiki for an internal project that I'd like to keep private for 
now. I've limited it so that only registered users can view pages, but 
is there any way to stop people from registering accounts?
Or, ideally, have media-wiki e-mail me each new account for approval?
