[Mediawiki-l] Mediawiki Email date

i noticed that mediawiki's current email system does not include the 
date header when sending emails,  should i submit this as a bug?

$headers['Date'] = date('r');

needs to be added to include/UserMailer.php

(SMTP emails if that matters, mail server is not localhost)
