I have just published my recent version (3.07)  of - see subject.

If you are interested in using MediaWiki with e-mail notification for 
page and/or user_talk page changes, please consider to visit

It also introduces direct links to the "difference to my last seen 
revision" of pages, you have on your watchlist.

The patch works without "glitches" and is an improved(!) back-port from 
what is already in CVS HEAD (version 1.5).
