Okay.  In that case, Apache probably needs to be restarted.  I will set
up something to let osm users do that.

It looks like the Python Mapnik extension is linked to the Studio-built
version of Mapnik.  For some reason (neither I nor the Mapnik developers
could work out exactly why), Mapnik doesn't work with Studio.  I will
rebuild it to use the GCC Mapnik, like renderd does.
