[Licom-l] Tallying

Based on the rate of progress so far, and the unexpectedly high number
of duplicate ballots, I've gone ahead and bumped the vote tally
delivery date to be this Friday (it was supposed to be yesterday, but
that clearly wasn't happening). I expect to have results in hand
Thursday evening (US local time) so they will be communicated to the
Board Friday morning. I've also pushed the other dates in the
timeline at Meta into June.

Hopefully that will be enough time. Assuming a migration is announced
circa June 1st, that would give us 2 months to get things sorted
before the August 1st deadline imposed by the FSF. It also means that
if there is going to be an outreach effort to connect with non-WMF
GFDL wikis then people should be readying that now so that outreach
can happen as soon as a decision is made (or even begin beforehand).
Our run of delays obviously has left other sites little time to react
to any decision we might make.
