[Licom-l] Which GFDL?

Hello,

I did some asking around to people on IRC or email, just people where I 
know that the are regular users on Wikimedia.

The most people did say that the where expecting that Wikimedia is 
changing to gfdl-1.3. Therefor I think changing the license into 
Gfdl-1.2 with CC-by would make great confusion.


But I don't have a strong opinion on both versions of the license.
