[Licom-l] ramping up outreach efforts

That's a good idea.  The big Chinese and Ru wikis and Enciclopedia
Libre haven't responded yet, for instance.  I'm back from some
travelling and will call the groups with US  contact points.

Is there no plan for another public announcement?  We should put one
more focused effort out for the end of this week - perhaps Sunday
night - as a community if not as the WMF, noting that we've completed
the switch and  are no longer compatible with existing GFDL sites.
