[Licom-l] ramping up outreach efforts

Well, we have half a month left before the deadline and we still
haven't cleared out much of the outreach list. I've sent out a few
more emails and added a new form letter to the Outreach page, but I
think we need to bring in some more people to help. Perhaps we could
post solicitations on the other listservs or put some notices on the
major village pumps directing volunteers to our outreach page. What do
you guys think?
