Hello!

New tools used to get replica.my.cnf created in a few minutes, but
that is currently broken - we are working on it and it should be fixed
soon. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T104453 is tracking bug for
that.

In the mean time, you can use one of your other tool's replica.my.cnf files.
