[Labs-l] Bug with backlinkscount.py tool

Hi all,

I've noticed that there is a bug with the tool at
http://tools.wmflabs.org/russbot/backlinkscount.py

Any title with a ":" character in it always shows zero backlinks.

e.g.
http://tools.wmflabs.org/russbot/backlinkscount.py?title=Star%20Wars:%20The%20Force%20Awakens

This is an old bug which was resolved very quickly after reporting when the
tool was hosted on toolserver, but it has come back since a version of the
tool was ported over to wmflabs
