[Labs-l] DB errors: tools.shuaib-bot

While investigating the labsdb replica dropped connections some users are
seeing, I'm having to wade through reams of access denied errors for:

Access denied for user 'tools.shuaib-bot'@'10.68.16.36' (using password: NO)

The username does not exist. Is the bot still in use but (presumably)
broken for some time? Can we silence or fix it?
