[Labs-l] ToolLabs back up

I was just thinking about the value of 24/7 ability to respond to major
outages on Tool Labs . Losing tools such as Cluebot can be a very big deal.
Are staff on call 24/7 for major service disruptions and do they get text
alerts about those disruptions?
