[Labs-l] Instances with Salt errors

Hello folks,

As I was updating salt across labs instances I came across a number of
instances that had various errors.  Here's a little list, hopefully
folks can decide what to do about them.

The ones that say 'ERROR' have nova/openstack errors as opposed to a
problem with the image.

i-00000179 - nova-precise3, ERROR, virt1006 - Image
c8ef9c64-12ff-435a-b3d6-dfeefbd4ed99 could not be found.
i-0000017b - nova-precise2, active, dns lookup fails, ping to ip shows
no route to host
i-0000017f - abusefilter-global-main, active, dns fails, ping to ip
shows dest host unreachable
i-0000019c - conventionextension-test: active, dns succeeds, ping to ip
fails (100% packet loss)
i-000001c0 - jawiki-echo, active, precise, had its old name of
i-00000a27.pmtpa.wmflabs puppet still basically broken on that host
(though I did gen and sign a cert for the corrected name)
i-000001d5 - opengrok-web, ERROR, virt1005, Image
07072e9d-c65f-427e-838b-81d4be6cdc2a could not be found.
i-00000249 - upload-wizard, active, Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric) - do we
really use oneiric images for anything?  No salt packages in a repo
anyways, really suggest dist-upgrade
i-0000024e - translatesvg, ERROR, virt1005, Image
a84558b0-ffaa-4dcd-a020-281b45a87af5 could not be found
i-00000363 - incident-test, dns fails, ping says dest host unreachable
i-0000038a - wikidata-topicmaps, dns fails, ping says dest host
unreachable
i-0000041c - etcd02, dns fails, ping says dest host unreachable
i-000004ed - nemobis, dns fails, ping says dest host unreachable
i-000004ef - quarry-web-test, ERROR, virt1006, Unable to read from
monitor: Connection reset by peer
i-0000059d - fabapi, active, pingable, ssh fails, unresponsive to salt,
metadata says puppet status failed.
i-00000622 - phab05, ERROR, virt1009, Command: sudo
nova-rootwrap /etc/nova/rootwrap.conf dhcp_release br1102
10.68.16.179... failed
