When I try to ssh into tools-login, I get this message:
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
It also seems that http://tools.wmflabs.org is down.
<scfc_de> toolsbeta-login.pmtpa.wmflabs is stuck as well, but I can
log into bastion{,2,3}.wmflabs.org.
