[Labs-l] Labs instance proxy certificate

Thanks for the pointer to the bugzilla bug. How can we be the only
people to notice this?! There is very little activity on the bug for
such a crass tool breaking SLL error. :-/
Apart from SSL certificate stuff being a royal pain (at least for me)
isn't this rather easy to fix?
