[Labs-l] SSH key management and two-factor auth moved to preferences

Thanks to Reedy the SSH key management and two-factor authentication
interfaces now reside in your user preferences. I've removed them from the
sidebar and have updated all spots in the documentation I found pointing to
the old locations.

If you see any incorrect documentation in regards to this, please update it.
