[Labs-l] current situation with replicated databases in Labs

Clarifications - the additional storage that has been ordered for labs user
data is not solid state, our challenges are technical not legal, and Peter
and I are not working on providing databases directly to labs users.  The
systems we are building will be delivered to the labs engineering team
(Ryan, Andrew) who have to integrate them with labs, sorting out
authentication, automating the creation and deletion of project grants
and databases, etc.
