[Labs-l] How to include Solarium in puppet?

Hello!

I am playing with Solr in the Wikidata test instances using the puppet
files already in gerrit (cool, thanks to whoever wrote them :) ).
I still need the solarium library. According to the docs there are
different ways to get it (via composer or directly from git, but there
is no package in Ubuntu).

If I want to start a puppet file which way would I choose? On a manual
installation the composer way working fine but are there reasons for
which you wouldn't want that in puppet?

Also: Would I start a new module for this or would I integrate it into
the solr module as an option?
