[Labs-l] Licensing: CC vs. ODbL vs. ???

I'm linking to ODbL in the WikiMiniAtlas attribution line since
earlier today. WikiMiniAtlas is a bit of  fringe case as I'm not just
generating tiles (which still could be licensed CC-BY-SA as far as I
understand), but the client side renderer at high zoom levels
essentailly pulls raw database data into the browser (from the OSM
rendering database) and generates the map in the browser.
