[Labs-l] Question concerning memcached on labs instances

Hi!

I would like to configure memcached on the Wikidata instances. I read
the documentation (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Memcached) that says
my box should be firewalled so that memcached is not publicly accessible.
Is the default security group (that my instances are in) sufficient for
this as it only provides access to a few services?
Or do I have to do anything more? If so, is that documented anywhere?
