[Labs-l] improvements to monitoring

Hi, I think we should extend our monitoring on labs with ganglia, we could
install it either to the same instance as nagios or create a new project
and instance for it.

Ganglia would help to utilize resources better because it would help us to
monitor load of instances and create reports.

In case you wanted to install any feature to nagios, please let me know
