[Labs-announce] [Labs-l] NFS /data/scratch and /data/public maintenance on 9/31

Oops, sent too soon. The scratch migration part of the maintenance is all
complete. We've rescheduled a small part of the maintenance for next week,
that we couldn't get to today.
