Broadly, my thinking is that yes we can and maybe should do this. I do
not want to build things into Striker that are readily available in
other NIH projects; I don't want to make it the new OSM for things
that can be done in Horizon instead. That being said, it is an easy
place to add things from OSM that don't have a home in Horizon.
Horizon locks things up behind 2fa which is fine for administration in
my opinion, but does leave us with an unhandled (and weird honestly
from an upstream point of view) use case of wanting to allow
unprivileged browsing of the projects and instances in our OpenStack
deploy. To date this has been handled with the callback -> wiki edit
stuff that Andrew came up with and some SMW magic on wikitech. To kill
SMW we need to at least change how the data is stored and aggregated
for viewing.
