[Labs-admin] Ops Meeting Followup 02/06/17

Apologies this is late.

The meeting next week will be dedicated to the roadmap into Q4 and the full
next fiscal year.  *This may make sense for all us to be in attendance.*
The issues with Graphite were discussed.   Essentially, graphite eats SSD's
for breakfast and with the secondary under the same load as the primary
both are affected.  SSDs are in being replaced.  I reported our Precise
goals are on-track so far as we know, and no movement on Neutron.
